Orders placed before 9:00 PM PT enter processing the same day. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking.
Delivery typically arrives in 2–3 business days after dispatch. Total shipping time is 3–5 business days (handling + transit). We offer Free Shipping across the USA via USPS and UPS.
At this time we ship within the United States only. If you'd like international shipping in the future, tell us your country—we're tracking demand.
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a return, email sales@perfumeriastarlux.com with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions and a return label (when applicable). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can make it right.
