You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item is unused, sealed (where applicable), and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is provided.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@perfumeriastarlux.com with your order number and reason. We’ll provide instructions and a prepaid label if applicable.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Report issues within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
