When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 9:00 PM PT enter processing the same day. Standard handling time is 1–2 business days. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking.

How long does delivery take and which carriers do you use?

Delivery typically arrives in 2–3 business days after dispatch. Total shipping time is 3–5 business days (handling + transit). We offer Free Shipping across the USA, UK & EUROPE via Fedex, Royalmail , USPS & DHL.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship within the United States United Kingdom & Europe Only. We have Warehouses in USA, UK & Europe. If you’d like international shipping in the future, tell us your country—we’re tracking demand.

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unopened, sealed (where applicable), and in original packaging with all seals intact. Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-returnable items: Opened/used items, items with broken seals, and final sale/clearance items (and gift cards, if applicable).

No restocking fees: We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will cover return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

How to start: Email sales@perfumeriastarlux.com with your order number and reason. All returns must be approved before being sent back (please do not send items without authorization). Prepaid labels are provided only for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Banks/card issuers may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Please retain the original packaging (including the outer shipping box) as it may be required for verification.

Order cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, the order is processed and cannot be cancelled. If you still wish to return, you may request a return once the order is delivered, subject to the conditions above.

Are your fragrances authentic? Who creates them?

Yes. Perfumeria Starlux creates fragrances in-house in small batches—no white-label formulas and no decants. We formulate, fill, and quality-check each release for consistency and longevity.
