Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and unopened.
The product must remain sealed where applicable.
The original packaging must be retained.
Original seals must remain intact.
Proof of purchase or your order number is required.

Items We Cannot Accept for Return

Opened or used products.
Products with broken or removed seals.
Final-sale or clearance products.
Gift cards, where applicable.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for defective products or products that were incorrectly sent. Exchanges are not generally available for preference-based reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are normally responsible for return shipping costs. When an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly supplied, Perfumeria Starlux will cover the applicable return shipping cost.

Please use a trackable shipping service when returning an item.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, an order may have entered processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

How to Request a Return

Email sales@perfumeriastarlux.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please obtain return authorization before sending any product back.

Refunds

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Please keep the original product packaging and shipping box until your claim has been resolved.
