30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, unopened, sealed (where applicable), and in original packaging.
• All original seals must remain intact.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used items.
• Items with broken or removed seals.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards (if applicable).

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees on approved returns.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective items or if an incorrect item was delivered. We do not offer exchanges for preference-based reasons.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping.

Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled.

If you still wish to return an item, you may contact us again once the order has been delivered to request a return, subject to the return conditions above.

How to Start a Return

Email sales@perfumeriastarlux.com with your order number and reason for return.

All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please do not send items without authorization.

Prepaid return labels are provided only for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund after processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Any damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery with clear photos.

Please retain the original packaging, including the outer shipping box, as it may be required for claim verification.
